Before there was a Quabbin Reservoir, there were the towns of Dana, Enfield, Greenwich, and Prescott. Quabbin Sky Vineyard, New Salem’s first bonded farm winery, honors these towns and the people who sacrificed their homes to give us the scenic beauty and pristine waters of the Quabbin.
